Q&As

I am passionate about helping professionals with their mental health. I absolutely love watching my clients transform how they approach their work and life. I see things like their confidence, self esteem, perspective and mental health shift from struggling to thriving.

Ever since I always young I wanted to have my own business. For years, I followed the work of people like Brian Tracy, Jack Canfield, Marianne Williamson and Wayne Dyer. I was inspired by the change they brought to others and wanted to do the same.

I think clients should choose who they can relate to and feel drawn to. Clients can relate to my story and are seeking to standing up for themselves can better from the coaching I provide.

I provide my services online, phone and email. I use Zoom for online sessions.

I have shifted to online, phone and email sessions.

Services

You may be facing a variety of challenges on a daily basis. These challenges can be with clients, colleagues, managers, and home life to name a few.

If these challenges are not handled appropriately, the end result can be reduced productivity and satisfaction at work.

This program includes:
*Weekly Coaching Sessions
*Unlimited emails
*Lifetime access to online training library
*Motivational Map Assessment
*Signed copy of "Engage, Connect, Grow"

This self-guided program has been created so you can complete it at your own pace.

Our foundational workbook, “Engage, Connect, Grow – 52 Lessons to help guide individuals and corporate teams to the heart of what truly matters to them”.

You can work on one lesson a week if you want to or at your own pace. It really depends on you and how you want to approach this course. It is recommended you take your time and work through the lessons at a slow pace in order to obtain the most out of each lesson.

If you are someone who tends to go all in and get things done as fast as possible, you should still take the time to really focus on the exercises provided to you. You are given the opportunity to take a closer look at who you are, where you are and where you are going.
