Fusion Chef Intrusion had a great menu selection, and the coordinator (Monina) helped me with suggestions and portion sizing for 20 guests coming to my house warming party. FCI arrived 30 minutes before the start to assemble the sandwiches, canapes, skewers and charcuterie boards. It looked like everything was made fresh at home! The presentation was superb! Everyone was oooh-ing and aaah-ing at the platters. And the food was delicious! Thank you Chef James & his assistant for an excellent job. I would highly recommend FCI Private Chef if you need a caterer.

Oui Chef did a fabulous taco feast for us today. Everything went smoothly. They were a pleasure to deal with…super nice guys! They were on time, set up everything and came back promptly at the time discussed to pick everything up. The food was absolutely wonderful! So much variety in the toppings, meats, veggie options, etc. Everyone at the event said that they were the best tacos that they had ever had! Thank you Oui Chef! I highly recommend them!

We typically provide our services in-person but we are able to offer digital cooking courses for corporate or residential clients. We are also able to offer multi-course family-style drop off meals.
We operate out of a HACCP certified kitchen facility where our staff must wear masks at all times. There are hired workers at our facility who sanitize all surfaces every hour and make sure that all hand sanitizer checkpoints are stocked. We also maintain a strict no outsiders policy within our kitchen, and anyone who enters is temperature checked and must fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire.
At our clients' events, we are always wearing a mask and gloves and carry professional-grade quat sanitizer with us at all times.
