We had Taqueria Del Pueblo at a 60 guest picnic we had at a local park. Working with Sheila via email on the details was easy. She was always quick to respond, answer any questions I had and allowed us to make tweaks to menu and numbers as the day approached.On Saturday at the appointed time, Sheila's husband Jose pulled up with his Taco Truck trailer in tow, got set up where we wanted him, and fired up the fiesta music. Chips, guac and salsa (all fresh) was put out on our picnic tables for our guests. On the trailer is the menu. You pick what you want (we offered tacos, burritos and quesadillas to our guests, with two meat and veggie options). Jose and his staff take your order, give you a ticket with a number, and you chat with other guests while you wait (not long). A very efficient system that got through 60 orders in less than an hour.The food was excellent. Everything had fresh ingredients. The beef was not ground beef, but a much nicer slow cooked and pulled beef. The burritos are huge. Lots of positive comments from our guests. For dessert, Jose brought enough churros for everyone.Many thanks to Sheila and Jose for a great day. When the food and service is good, you get some pretty happy people! I would highly recommend them.

Knowing what people get served I have worked and seen how it works what many many people have no clue or think they know it’s so gross you’re paying for low quality and I do the opposite.
Being on film set, I was asked a lot when are you opening up your own restaurant ? People really enjoy my menus, cooking, baking and catering.
My preference is sending you quality food and beverages but I do go on site and cook a chef fee is applied to the invoice and I also do private dinner parities or go on site and do it all… being a chef you not only know how to cook but wear many hats !!!
