Gaynor has been an excellent source of knowledge and advice. Before training with her I struggled with a back problem. Her carefully planned program addressed all my needs whether one on one or in a class. Her program steadily improved my core strength and fitness without resulting in discomfort or injury and has lead to a marked improvement in my chronic back problem. She is able to quickly modify an exercise to suit anyone's physical issues while allowing them to get the most out of the class. Her classes are always varied and interesting with the right amount of challenges. I have complete faith in her abilities as a PT. Cheers Gaynor!

Just finishing her HIIT challenge and boy did that bring back the fitness to my life!!! After a month of gently guiding us through 4 workouts a week plus optionally adding some activities (like walking, or for me Zumba and yoga) my body is all toned up. I really feel my muscles are hard now, especially my core. What has been also so unique with Mariale is the approach to food/nutrition. Instead of being diet based, the focus is on different rules around it with the ad hoc reminders in the app for us. I really appreciate having experienced this at home in times like this! You won’t miss a gym at all.

I could not recommend Powerplay more highly. The quality of the coaching, the individualisation of the programming, the sense of accomplishment after each session and just the 'fun' of it is what keeps me coming back. Soren and Stefan have created a culture that ensures you get the most out of yourself when training, with objective individual measures or targets as you go, and variability between sessions to keep you interested - efforts on the ergos (of which there are many different varieties), strength work with DBs and KBs, body weight floor work etc, each session is different, whilst working towards an overall target or goal. I can confidently say since starting Powerplay at the beginning of this year it is the fittest I've been both physically and mentally for as long as I can recall.
