I reached out to Tiana after trying for so long to lose weight myself but I couldn't seem to drop any weight. Tiana listened to my needs and wants and made adjustments to my program due to injuries. I couldn't recommend her enough!!!

What I love most is helping people reconnect with themselves mentally and physically. Having been through the waves of fad diets and the pressure to look a certain way, I know how empowering it is to realise that you don’t have to fit a mould to feel strong, confident and healthy. I love helping my clients see that they are capable of achieving their goals in a way that’s sustainable and uniquely their own. Watching someone fall in love with movement, learn to prioritise themselves and realise they do have the time to do something just for them, that’s everything to me.
My own journey. I’ve been through the ups and downs with chasing fad diets, feeling like I had to look a certain way and constantly starting over. It wasn’t until I shifted my mindset and focused on building a strong, healthy and sustainable lifestyle that everything changed. That experience inspired me to help others do the same. I wanted to create a space where people feel supported, seen and empowered to reach their goals without the pressure of unrealistic expectations. Helping others realise their strength inside and out is exactly why I do what I do.
With 6+ years as a personal trainer and nearly 2 years coaching online, I’m passionate about helping women build real confidence not just inside but out. Every journey is unique, and I guide clients to feel strong, empowered and comfortable in their own skin. For me, confidence isn’t about looks it’s about embracing who you truly are.
