What do you love most about your job?

Establishing myself as a thought leader and visionary in governance, risk and compliance practice, and providing practical and sustainable business planning solutions to businesses of all sizes and industries. I also enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and backgrounds, as well as engaging with like-minded people who have the same purpose as I do i.e. to make a positive difference and help businesses build resilience and prosper.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Although I worked with some very talented people I often found that there were some specialist gaps that we had to fill with outside expertise. Almost always we turned to the big brands, at a premium, to provide these consulting and advisory services, and my experience was that while they came in with great technical and theoretical skills and knowledge, they often lacked the business knowledge and understanding to deliver practical and sustainable solutions. I felt that with my skills, business background, and experience I could fill this gap in providing an 'all-round' service offering, at reasonable and real market prices, and at the same time provide business solutions that build value for businesses of all sizes and industries.

Why should our clients choose you?

I can offer:
Real-life experience and a strong business background
Personalised, professional and tailored service
Competitive pricing (without the 'big-firm' premium)
Strategic partnership
Providing specialised advisory services and solutions only (’boutique’)
Involved in the process from design, through implementation and follow-up
