Discipline, dedication, patience and a SMART approach to achieving the body of your dreams. One can not escape the reality of the saying “ you can not out train a bad diet!” A good balanced knowledge of nutrition and proper training application is my secret to getting the body of your dreams.

I almost imagine myself being a Potter moulding and shaping a physique into a masterpiece over a given space of time. Everyone at some stage in life needs guidance as we venture down this avenue of a ever changing environment of the fitness world. There is no one size fits all, everyone has their own tastes and feels what works for them. What I love about my job is I get the opportunity to showcase my skill set helping individuals reach their fitness goals safely and professionally.

Over the year’s while attempting to reach my fitness goals I experienced along the way various setbacks with injuries due to a lack of knowledge of proper execution of basic movements which delayed results in achieving my dream physique. So I sort the assistance of a fitness professional who guided me with a structured tailor-made training plan to guide me on my journey. What I did in gym on my own seemed right in my own attempts until the help from my Personal Trainer and coach stepped in. Seeing my trainer guide me and myself having the passion for training gave me the spark I developed in the process, the little I knew about training wasn’t a far off from what was being introduced to me. Shortly after, a year later i started bodybuilding with great success I managed to achieve provincial, national overall placing and Professional status in Mr Universe. With all my success in the sport I decided to study my passion for training which lead me to becoming a Personal trainer. The combination of my experience in the art of bodybuilding which I feel is sculpting the body to a desired physique aligned with an accredited qualification in personal training which covers a variety of modules for body transformation, starting up my own business was the next destination to help individuals reach their fitness goals.

What I offer is client experience which is centred around reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and smart planning. Clients can look forward to a very basic approach to effective well designed exercises to suited to their desired fitness goals. Safety is a vital aspect to safeguarding ones self from unnecessary injuries when having a fitness professional at your side which I never compromise, ever! A popular saying if learnt over the years in my experience in performing exercises is never sacrifice weight for form, with this approach longevity is a reality. Also knowing how to structure my exercises without having to burn myself out keeping the suspense and fun in doing a variety of exercises is a tactic that’s worked well for all my clients.

My gym facility is COVID-19 compliant with all measures in place, sanitation station’s at various locations within the facility. Temperature screening and recording done at entrance of facility. COVID-19 information and instructions posted around the facility for notice. No mask no entry signs at entrance.
