I’m a picky cake eater!! I want what I want when it comes to cake and hate the limitations of “ we can’t make this more sweet or less sweet” we don’t do vegan here, and the list goes on. I want options when I go to a bakery, different buttercreams that will suit my pallet and creative cake flavors or amazing original cake flavors! Different cultural designs and or methods of designing a cake! This is what made me want to start a cake business, plus I love baking!

None. Bakers should all be working cleanly and safely to begin with and always taking precautions for cross contamination’s and sicknesses. If someone had proper work ethic then there should be nothing to change but a mask. My home bakery is a one woman show so things will not spread around here.
