I cannot say enough about AJ, Melissa and their amazing staff of professionals. We wanted to do something extra special for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah and they helped put together the menu of our dreams for the party of the century. We had a variety of international stations, ranging from Asain (yummy sushi, dumplings and tasty lo mein), to Italian (fantastic pizzas and pastas), Mediterranean (hummus, falafel and oustanding salads), Mexican (OMG - the black bean sliders and fish tacos!!), and of course an American station flush with gourmet grilled cheese and mac & cheese that was delicious). And all this came after a number of beautifully plated passed appetizers (the tuna cerviche was especially memorable). The presentations were matched only by the exquisite quality of the food and the staff that catered to our every wish. Finally, wanting to send our guests home raving about their culinary experience, In Thyme blew us away, providing everything we could dream up for dessert, from a spectacular chocolate fountain, an ice cream cart and a full wall of donuts!! The pass around options once again were superb, with the warm chocolate cookie dough cups served with a shot of milk quite possibly being the most delicious dessert I have ever had in my 52 years on this planet!! These caterers met with us, allowed for a tasting for my daughter that made her feel like a princess, came up with a vision and then fully delivered in the most wonderful way. Through it all, they met our every need and surpassed our every expectation. Good food makes any party great. Great food and great service elevates a party to perfection. Thank you In Thyme for providing us with an absolutely perfect occasion!!
