Creative process starts with good listening skills. Listening through phone or email to determining what is required, what is wanted and what is expected. Staying on target with a customers brand and ideas will ultimately result in a successful campaign.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?

The message! What is it your are going to accomplish? What details do you want to use to meet your goals? These answers combined with existing logos, pictures and copy will start a project in the right direction. Of coarse we can start form scratch to create everything you need but the more information and artwork we can gather thats already been established helps keep costs down and gets us moving quickly.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing our work out there in the public eye. Graphics or printed products that are working for you and helping you achieve your goals. I see our web banners on websites, ads in magazines, products in the mailbox or a message in my email and I know you are getting closer to the expectations promised. It's extremely satisfying to see our creative processes in environments that project the perfect message with interesting and custom artwork.

What inspired you to start your own business?

As a freelance designer, starting a small business that could dedicate all my energy into the creative process and final products for each client has been amazing. I like control of the experience and expertise put into each project from start to finish. As customer relations contact, estimator, graphic designer and project manager I can pull together all the recourses for a successful campaign.
