The experience I had with Coach Taz took place when I was on my weight loss journey. Can recall reaching a plateau and not knowing which direction to go. When I got with Coach Taz, I saw immediate results. Not only did I lose weight. He made me pick up the weights and my body started seeing definition. I highly recommend Taz Fitness!!!!!!!
