The toughest, but the best in training! All the necessary equipment to accomplish any training goal and more personal service compared with the large franchise gyms. STAC has multiple trainers with different styles to help fit your workout needs and Richard (owner) has tons of food/meal recommendations through social media sites. I have been coming to Stac and training with Richard Ruiz for over a decade now, and I still keep coming back. He is the best at what he does, to get you in shape. I get my butt kicked every single time I go, whatever is Cardio, Lifting or Boxing. I always leave my session exhausted but feeling accomplished. Don't get suckered into believing you can out train a bad diet. It will catch up to you. Whether your health or athletic performance suffer, your shortcuts and lack of discipline will catch up to you.

It's all about motivation, accountability and guidance. I have to bring my "A" game to my clients every day in all these facets.

No secrets. Hard work, discipline and consistency, there are no short cuts. You'll always have total control of 2 things, Attitude and effort.

It doesn't get better than seeing people attaining their goals, and having an increased sense of confidence in the gym and in their personal lives.

I really wanted to run my own business as I saw fit to do. And make the client my utmost concern, not membership contracts and dues.

I can absolutely provide services remotely for those that are quite a distance from my location. And for those that would rather train at home because of personal reasons.

We share as much guideline information as we can with clients. All equipment is sanitized prior and after use. Masks are also available for all that need them.
