A certified fitness professional, her collaborative approach allows clients to reach any goal: weight loss, toning, muscle building, strength training, stress reduction, sport-specific conditioning, marathon and triathlon training, corrective exercise and rehabilitation.
Personal and group training sessions include elements of Sandra’s diverse background in yoga, pilates, cycling, running, pre/post natal, strength and resistance training, as well as holistic nutritional counseling and meditation.

While an older athlete, I still love to compete and improve. Sandra totally gets this! She has worked with many of my friends and fellow triathletes of different ages, skills and personalities. She manages to meet all of our needs and makes it seem easy! (You triathletes out there know we are a crazy bunch!). I recently placed 4th in one of my hardest 70.3’s and qualified to go to the World Championship Race in France this September. Sandra has three months to make me a mountain goat. I have no doubt that if I do the work she gives me I will be able to it. Many many heartfelt thanks to my coach Sandra for putting up with all my neuroses and marking me a better triathlete! More...
