Adam is an awesome teacher. It's nice to come into class and be able to genuinely have a good time while learning new techniques. He definitely works you and pushes you to make you better, stronger, and more effective. But he makes it fun! As a complete beginner to both kickboxing and grappling, it can be super intimidating to make the leap to take the first class. But one class was all it took to get me hooked!
