I never was into fitness all my life been skinny but just in recent years i have put on more pounds then my liking. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I tailor a sequence of unique fitness sessions based on an initial consult. After discussing wellness objectives and targeted fitness goals with clients, we get after it! From Day 1 on, we will work (hand in hand) to maximize efforts and compete with each other as well as ourselves to be better than the day/week/month/year prior.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It’s a mentality. If we want something bad enough, we must first manifest it within the mind. That means holding ourselves accountable with integrity, commitment and a competitive edge to push our limits. From there, the body will fall into alignment with our mental strength and willpower.
What do you love most about your job?
Making an impact in the lives of others that extends far beyond tangible achievements. Being able to rejuvenate lives, rebuild self-confidence, foster leadership in others all while embracing a genuinely organic passion. This isn’t a job or a movement...it’s a lifestyle.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I originally started this business purely out of the desire to provide the fitness space with a new wave of engagement. I felt that the desirable atmosphere of fitness was missing. Workouts with an instructor never seem to build up the whole person. Yes, there are millions of trainers/instructors out there readily available AND ABLE, but I firmly believe that to light the type of fire within a person that makes them yern for a better version of themselves each day is something far less common. Not just physically. But mentally...emotionally. socially....and in all other areas in the life they experience outside of what is seen.

My approach is unique and empowering. The energy is contagious. And ultimately, the techniques and methodologies work! My clients are proof.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide a very sanitary environment within my home gym. Masks are required if exercise is not underway. Temperature is checked prior to entry. Hand sanitizer is abundantly available throughout my gym. I personally sanitize all equipment before with sanitization gun AND dysinfecting cleaners as well as after.
