How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Tailor the program to the needs of the client. So often, clients have muscle imbalances and weaknesses that prevent them from reaching full potential without even knowing it. Our experts start with an initial assessment to understand your health goals, to view your body mechanics, and to truly understand YOUR challenges with healthy lifestyle choices. We design a program that is all about you!!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
In one word: Perseverance. However, a coach/trainer has to take accountability in this process. Trainers must work to keep workouts engaging and interesting. It is up to us to understand what is keeping you from program adherence and how to help you overcome your plateaus.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people that thought a healthy lifestyle was not possible adopt a healthy lifestyle. I grew up with a chronic illness that left me in and out of hospitals for nearly my entire teenage and young adulthood. Today, I am participating in full triathlons and on top of the world. I love when I see my clients realize this same happiness and fulfillment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was an executive cyber security/risk management professional, but as such, I was not out there helping people be their absolute best. Now, I love what I do, and love what my clients achieve.

Personal Training Session
Ongoing training to help you stay on track with fitness and wellness goals. In these sessions, we work on your existing routine, discuss what is working and not working and make adjustments to keep you on track with all of your fitness and wellness goals.
Yoga Instruction
Yoga is an excellent tool to teach our bodies to work with ourselves. This low impact exercise is great for post-partum health, stress reduction, and increasing strength and flexibility. We come to you, teach you yoga moves and exercises, and set you on a stress-manageable lifestyle.
Running Optimization
Running is easy - just lace up your shoes and start moving at a faster pace than a walk. Having proper running form? A lot easier said than done. Your unique running mechanics are determined by the strength and flexibility of certain muscles and how your body is built. Proper running mechanics keep you from getting hurt so that you can keep doing what you love, and do what you love with less effort and increased efficiency.
