You can ask for a better trainer then Kevin.   I have be working out with Kevin for a couple of years now.   I am in better shape than I have been in quite some time now.   I know that I did not gain my weight over night and I know it will not take over night to lose it.   Kevin helps me through the times I have gotten frustrated.  He is definitely the person I need to get me to teach my goals.
