Great place to workout having 24 hour access for us hospital workers that cant get to yhe gym at a decent time. it is safe, plenty of equiptment and awesome owners!!

Nice gym.even better classes. I don't like the walkway to the classes ..it's like a runway. Guys stand there and watch you walk in and out of the room. Pretty annoying but not the gyms fault I guess. Maybe they can change the path...idk... something More...

I love both globals but especially love the 24 hour access! It’s smaller than the Leominster gym but they have everything you need and there are usually not many people which means no waiting for machines

Always love it here in Leominster. I wish Fitchburg was its old self - updated and bigger. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, see Karen Marino. She’s fantastic!!

I've been an avid member of global fitness gym at fitchburg and leominster since 2008. I would like say to all the instructors who teach Centergy Class that a Five Star would be what is my experience has been. For me personally , I have gained a mental as well as physical well being by faithfully attended this awesome class with such great people around enjoying it as well.. So .. Facebook asked me to review so here goes: I LOVE THIS GYM! I lost 80 pounds in 2000 and global helped me keep it off and gain 20+ pounds of lean muscle. When I moved to Texas in 2007 my biggest concern was "am I going to find a gym like global?" I did but every time I'm back in MA I always purchase a weeks pass to Global. A few years ago I was at my highest weight of 310. I joined planet fitness where the girls behind the desk laughed at me, and made each question I asked seem like a hassle. I went just that one time, and never went back. I ended up having gastric bypass last year, and was really nervous to sign up for a gym but decided to give Global a try! Not only does more than half the staff know my name but the place is clean, my son loves their Child Watch Center, the staff and members are friendly and I'm now over 140 lbs down because I feel supported, and judgement free! Love this gym! I was a member in my 20s, but came back now I'm 35 and a busy mom. I joined in September and got super addicted to fight classes, especially with Norma on Sunday mornings and Steph on Thursday nights. I also go during the day to just do a little cardio and get my weight circuit in. I've lost 50 lbs in the last 8 months! I used to belong to global in leominster, and it was great to visit again after moving back to the area. The variety of equipment is great, and even better when there is room to walk around (not like 10 poinds of crap in a 5 pound bag). Clean and friendly-staffed, the only thing missing is some wifi! I belong to global in stow, and the wifi is a bonus. It was great to visit, and hope to visit again. Im told by staff i cant go between the two clubs with my membership in stow, but when my friends call, theyre told they can. More...

It’s fuckin dope After Wednesday’s..that’s when all the half assers leave..sitting on machines posting weak ass gains..go to boost or planet fitness and let us run the rack. ..if you go to the gym to converse..do it in the cardio area or the men’s locker room...or go be gay in your Ford Focus More...

Global Fitness was/is the place that legit made me change my life for the better. I joined the club mainly to take classes, and when I started I remember other participants, along with Staff members, approaching me and asking me to become and Instructor, which I did. At the time the class I got certified to teach was Group Step, now Group Blast. The support I got from everyone was amazing. Yes I am an instructor at this gym and yes I love it here. But not totally for the same reason as others. I joined in 2011and I loved this gym from day one as I joined mainly to take Group Ride. David was my instructor. Before I knew it I was taking ride a lot. I became a Ride instructor and then my whole attitude changed and outlook changed. I started seeing the members as friends and admired how dedicated they all were. Sitting on my instructors bike... I was able to see after more time that these members were almost like family. Watching them give everything they could to make it the best workout they could. I know it is impossible to please everyone. I have learned from experience that no matter what you do, that there are some people that will never be happy no matter how far you go. I thank the members of Global and applaud your hard work.
