It's open 24/7 365. You get to come and go as you please with a great staff and owner. Lots of different workout equipment for all fitness types from just strength training to powerlifting to strongman training.

By far the best gym I have see belonged to. Never crowded. State of the art equipment. They have everything that you would ever want to use from punch bags to tires, and plenty of free weights. The gym has a family feel unlike any chain club. I don't feel te need to keep up with where I put my phone down at or even voter to lock my stuff up half the time. Great staff. This is an awesome gym with top of the line equipment and super friendly members. I do find myself taking longer to workout sometimes because I do enjoy talking to the other members, where as with other gyms I leave my head phones in my ears and ignore the world for an hour! Hands down Awesome Gym with great trainers. They keep track of your progress very closely and keep updating the work routine for maximum impact . The trainers are helpful and motivate you to do your best .Howard Is my trainer he really cares about the Gym,the staff,the people he truly goes over and beyond for everyone he wants you to do your best to Achieving your goals. I have been to many gyms & Worked with trainers & seen how trainers work,with others .He I have to say is the best yet. I'm very pleased with the Gym and my progress. I would for sure Recommend this Gym to anyone who is serious about fitness and who loves the camaraderie of great ,friendly coaches ,who are able to get to know the people at the Gym individually. It is an experience I have never felt elsewhere. Best gym in Maryland, High quality equipment with an owner that cares about his members. Also the best culture out of any gym I have ever experienced if your a beginner check this place out! And if your a serious lifter it'll look like a college weight room, 3 squat racks,2 dead lift platforms, 6 areas to bench and did I mention they also have strong man equipment? This gym is FOR the members whether you're a beginner,Boxer/Wrestler,body builder, Power lifter, or strong man competitor this place has something for you. This is truly a unique training facility! When I stopped by, I was greeted right away by the staff members. After taking a tour around the gym, I was very impressed with all it had to offer. This is hands down the best gym I've ever belonged to. They have equipment that caters to all fitness levels, from beginner to power lifter. Tractor tires, kegs, squat rack, basketball court outside. Cardio and weight machines, free weights, dumbbell rack, boxing equipment and more inside. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the gym, requires no contract and is open 24/7. Best local Gym hands down no contract needed open 24/7 Staff is polite and caring. Has all you need for strength ,cardio , agility, MMA workouts/ trainers , half court bball outdoors , free wifi , people there are not in it for them self's they like to get everyone in the mood to push it and grow meaning knowledge and experience.
