Motivation is the key to success and being able to feel stronger, walk with a kick in your step and being able to breathe better are items to notice right away. Physical manifestations such as weight loss and muscle building don’t appear until 4-6 weeks later after starting program. Secondary key is consistency and continuity with workout plan to visualize goals that are within easy reach reach.

Connecting all the dots taking it 1 day, 1 week and 1 month at a time to visualize your dreams. Taking pictures to chart your progress is vital to succeed. I’ll help with the motivation, professional advice and you provide the sweat and tears and the right mental attitude to visualize your goals and dreams.

I love to see and brag about my clients achieving success and paying it forward to reach other friends to do likewise.

I work best to train folks 1 on 1 but teaching couples or groups gets my blood pumping. I welcome individuals with physical limitations or handicaps such as Parkinson’s Disease or recovering from strokes.

I’m patient with individuals and everyone reaches their goals one way or another because they choose different paths. As an example losing weight is difficult but it can be done with walking, swimming, cycling, boxing or running etc. Everyone is unique and they have their own flair to reach their goals.

Yes I provide my training services online. We can use FaceTime or via Zoom meeting or any other platform desired. I’m eager to accommodate our fitness adventure.

Online training there is no problem with Covid-19. In -person training such as wearing masks is enforced after a 5-day respite from training as mandated by the medical community.
