In a nutshell, A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! I’ve been to 3 different spin classes now (Brie, Michala, and Nicole) and while all 3 are different styles, all 3 are the BEST and I’ve got a great workout every time! Love this place bringing an exciting cycle and barre studio to the trivalley! Great classes, awesome atmosphere, amazing local owners who are athletes themselves and you get everything you need - shoes, towels, showers and you don’t even have to wipe down your bike when your done!

Amazing cycling workout and such a friendly staff!! The owner and instructor were incredibly welcoming and made sure I knew what to do and where to go. The workout itself was great, super challenging and fun! My favorite aspect of the class was by far the stretches at the end, it was like doing yoga on a cycling bike I’d never done anything like it before. Highly highly recommend!! More...

I have never taken a spin class or a barre class until Beets Cycle Barre opened in Livermore. From the first class I was hooked. I absolutely loved it!! I even got my hubby to join too! The energy and vibe of the studio, the heart and soul being poured into each class by the instructors, and the love and passion that the owners have poured into this place are all reasons why I keep going back.
