I started my therapy journey with the intention to work on my fear of flights. I thought therapy was something we could work on ourselves without a guided help, but I was wrong. Dr Samantha has been a great therapist to help me with my issues. I ended up discovering so many other issues and trauma that I had internalised and not worked on.
