I came to Samantha for help because I was having heart palpitations, hyperventilation, chest tightness and neck tension for months. I thought there was something wrong with my heart but all the heart doctors couldn’t find anything physically wrong with me. When Samantha diagnosed that I have anxiety, I felt a huge sense of relief because I knew there was something I could work on and that she would help me get better. She dug up all the suppressed memories and emotions I’ve carried with me silently since childhood and after every session with her, I felt lighter. She told me I would feel worse before feeling better because of all the stirred up emotions that I’ve had from my past, and she was right. But I kept going back and as strange as it sounds, I noticed the tightness in my chest and the tension in my neck disappeared one day without me even noticing. Samantha provided a safe space for me to express my thoughts and emotions without judgement. She was very patient, empathetic and genuine in wanting to help me get better. I really enjoyed all my sessions with her and I am very thankful that my path had crossed with hers when I was at my lowest. I highly recommend Samantha to everyone who needs a little help with mental wellness.

I started my therapy journey with the intention to work on my fear of flights. I thought therapy was something we could work on ourselves without a guided help, but I was wrong. Dr Samantha has been a great therapist to help me with my issues. I ended up discovering so many other issues and trauma that I had internalised and not worked on. I can say with certainty that Dr Samantha has helped me clear out my negative thoughts and think more objectively. It was very easy to open up to her and she knows all the right questions to ask. I am able to work on my negative emotions as they occur and feel more positive than I was before. I think it has not just helped me, but people in my life as well.
