I have been working with Kyle for about a month now and I am really enjoying the process. I have never tried therapy before working with Kyle has been very meaningful. He is very supportive and understanding. He gives you time to think, provides excellent probing questions and provides a safe space to explore the depths of your mind in. I cannot recommend Kyle enough. I am so happy I finally found a counsellor and method of counselling that works for me. Thanks so much Kyle, can't wait for our next session!

Kyle has really helped me with my addictions and I would highly recommend him. He has offered me unique insights which has shed light on my problems and made it very easy for me understand what I had to 'stop' doing and helped me focus on what I had to 'start' doing. It's definitely been the most "eye opening" and valuable experience!

I went to see Kyle when I felt I was no longer able to cope and hit rock bottom. Kyle was made me feel comfortable and very incisive in identifying the issues. My sessions with him have not only helped me gain an understanding of my habits and patterns but also given me the tools to break the bad habits and understand what is important. As a result I feel in control, grounded and confident in all parts of my life and most importantly, I feel like I became a better version of myself. My only regret is that I hadn’t found Kyle sooner!!
