I have never felt so disappointed and betrayed from an accountancy service in my life! Sai is very good at all the sales talk (which gave me doubts that I should of listened to) and lots of talk up about his multi milliion many times and all his assets but likes to help small businesses and understands them. He was very good at saying he will answer any questions as part of the package, yet I struggled to even get a simple answer about how much based on measurements I sent, could I claim for home office expenses. I had to chase them up multiple times to get things done, and then suddenly it was done overnight, with no more than reports that I can do myself in MYOB. They did not help with anything else that I needed clarification on. I would never work with them again & have moved on to a genuine person I would happily pay more for. He's a sales person, who seems to care more about getting numbers through the books even if its one off, as opposed to long term relationships. More...
