I had been struggling with my same issues for most of my life, seeking advice and even sessions from other councilors. I didn't have much hope stepping into this with my past experiences but honestly working with Adair has been completely life changing for me like nothing else has been before. I have changed and grown in so many areas I didn't think possible and am now in a much better place already. It has given me clarity and happiness I didn't think possible and has made my day to day life enjoyable and alot easier to handle. I would and will be recommending this therapy to everyone.
