Paul has been fantastic. I have worked with him for two different spells of several weeks, and it simply leads to an improvement in all the important things; organisation, motivation, clarity, and most of all, happiness. Paul is a great listener, great understander, motivator, and coach. He gives the right level of advice, without being bossy or patronising, and ultimately leaves the decisions in your hands. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
