My previous role was in Senior Leadership for a large Financial Company. I realised that the parts of the job that i was drawn to the most was people and really coaching people to acheive their goals and be the best version of themselves. After starting a family an opportunity came up for me to take a career break and reskill so Lifecoaching was the most natural next step for me as it played to my strengths and passion. I trained for a year and received a diploma from the Irish Lifecoach Institute of Ireland and after that I decided that I could add more value and make more of an impact by coaching people individually rather than as a Leader within a company. My Lifecoaching Business was born!
I prove a really safe non judgemental space for clients to bring whatever issue or goal they are facing. I am a really empathetic person and as a result I build great connections with my clients. I provide clients with great coaching sessions by active listening and in turn asking great questions that evokes the awarness in a person. This gets to the root of any blockers they move forward to make changes.
