HearU is a life coaching service based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. My name is Jackie and I have recently moved to this area after 8 years of coaching in South County Dublin. The HearU concept is based on offering its clients, professional and experienced life coaching both in indoor and outdoor settings. I am a firm believer that movement is helpful when learning and processing change work for growth. That's why, after a first 30min complimentary consultation, the clients who wish to progress with me can choose between receiving life coaching online, in practice, walking in nature or in a field with horses! I know ... that might be an odd one, but it can provide a magical learning experience for those who like to be around animals and in nature. My role, as I see it, is to help my clients properly hear what they are saying, at a deeper level, about who they are, where they are at and what they want to change in their life for the better going forward. Change happens when we see the alternatives and choices we have and developing the courage to do some things differently, for positive change. I help my clients see those choices and move past the fears and beliefs that may have blocked them in the past. I love to witness positive change in my clients, when they report feeling lighter and more energised. It takes courage to put the right step in the direction of self development, life coaching and self-discovery. Coaching is not effective at skin level, so clients need to be open to going a bit deeper. HearU offers the space for that to happen and seeing it happen is what it is all about for me.
I started to actively coach clients in 2014 after a long career in marketing, publishing and retail. Since completing my ICF accredited training at L.I.T that year, I have gained a lot of experience as a coach working in a traditional four walled environment and noticed that some clients were more incline to move in their chair or stand up. That's because some people process better when their body is moving. So, my ambition has for a long time been to develop a service that offered clients outdoor coaching options (with or without horses), as well as online or in-practice. Last year, after a big life change of my own, I moved to Celbridge where those plans have taken shape complete with a natural, peaceful setting for outside work with horses in Hazlehatch. As HearU develops, my aim is to integrate other creative concepts and workshops for groups into the coaching practice.
My clients choose me for their own reasons which are different reasons. If they get a sense of who I am and how I work is right for them, that's the most I can hope for as we are all individuals with different needs. My job is to help clients move out of being in a rut towards a place where breathing becomes easier, where awareness and learning create new possibilities, and shifts happen.
In any one period I only work with a maximum of 12 clients individually. When one moves on another can join, with waiting times being usually no longer than 6 weeks. This is to ensure a very dedicated service and life balance.
Yes. Zoom. I do try see a client in person at least once but sometimes that is difficult to achieve due to location.
