Ciaran was very helpful in moving me past a particular difficulty at work. I was doubtful at first that coaching would resolve my concern, but Ciaran dispelled this doubt within a couple of sessions. His approach had me engage the bigger picture by stepping outside usual patterns repeating themselves. Ciaran is very insightful and engaging through the process. I would thoroughly recommend him.
