We also only do one installation at a time so we are focused. We also pay our fitters a good salary not “piece rate”. Many companies offer piece rate to get through installations quickly which means fitters are rushing installations to get as many windows in a day as possible. Not us!
Also once the price is set on a quotation, we do not put the prices up after a survey like many companies do!
We can offer an online quotation but quite often it is best to go out to see the customer so we can gauge their exact requirements and get the measurements we need to provide a really accurate quotation. We can also chat through all the options with them prior to any decisions being made.
We tend to be very clean in our installations; we can wear face masks were required and sanitise where required to make sure that there is no risk of infection.
