I was inspired to start my own business because I was never in control when I worked for someone else. I wanted to choose the products I wanted to install and after having been in the industry for more than several years, I decided to go alone as I wanted to give that incredible touch but also earn more money as a business and of course be my own boss.

Customers should choose us as I have now been in the industry for only 40 years and dare I say, I am incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. When I go to see customers I offer extremely good advice. There are too many companies out there giving shoddy advice with their salespeople and Surveyors who have a lack of experience which just leads to heartache.

We may not always be the cheapest, but our customers can guarantee they have chosen a company with an impeccable reputation and they will never be disappointed with the money spent with us.

Occasionally like anything in life, we may have the odd issue here and there but we are straight back usually that very day to rectify if anything is not quite right.

We also only do one installation at a time so we are focused. We also pay our fitters a good salary not “piece rate”. Many companies offer piece rate to get through installations quickly which means fitters are rushing installations to get as many windows in a day as possible. Not us!

Also once the price is set on a quotation, we do not put the prices up after a survey like many companies do!

We can offer an online quotation but quite often it is best to go out to see the customer so we can gauge their exact requirements and get the measurements we need to provide a really accurate quotation. We can also chat through all the options with them prior to any decisions being made.

We tend to be very clean in our installations; we can wear face masks were required and sanitise where required to make sure that there is no risk of infection.
