From start to finish, salesman to inspections to fitters all were very helpful, polite and seemed very knowledgeable. Any questions worries and concerns were all answered and addressed. Very time efficient also. Our experience was fantastic and I have nothing g negative to say. Whilst the work men here they were also very considerate and respected our house and very tidy. I got in touch with Safestyle to quote me for a white UPVC window and French door, their quote was by far the cheapest. The salesman was very professional and explained everything clearly. The surveyor who came out to measure also suggested a better idea for the French doors which we took him up on and very glad we did. I cannot fault the fitter, he turned up early very pleasant it only took around 3 hours to fit the window and door and we are more than pleased with the end result. He was also very tidy in his work. Smart looking sliding doors
Really pleased with my two sets of sliding doors from Safestyle. Perfect colour match to my existing windows and smart finish. Guys were friendly and professional and worked really hard all day. Beautiful doors, 5 start customer service!
We have just had 3 brand new doors fitted from Safestyle and we couldn’t fault them as a company, and we are over the moon with the doors.
We have received exceptional customer services throughout, but especially from our first phone call which a man called ‘Paul.’ (Unfortunately I did not get a surname)
He’s answered all our questions we had with great knowledge and we had a quote for our doors the same day. We booked them in straight away, he was brilliant and so helpful!
We had to wait 4 months to get our doors fitted but that was due to the Covid 19 pandemic, but as soon as the lockdown was eased we had a phone and a fit date was pencilled in.
The day of fitting we were given a time slot of 8am - 12am, the fitters turned up at 8.30 am and we were very happy with this so we wasn’t waiting around.
They were very polite and lovely.
We had a new composite front door, new patio doors from our living room and a new stable back door from our kitchen, all wood grain. They have completely transformed our house and modernised it so much, we are absolutely over the moon and have so many complements.
We have had a cream front composite door which we would highly recommend, it’s a beautiful colour!
A few day’s after the fit of the doors we had a courtesy call to check we were happy with the doors and service. It’s been brill, and very well priced we think also!
