What do you love most about your job?

It is always something different in the event industry, no two jobs are the same. Each job is taken on with a fresh approach and the enjoyment of seeing a safe and successful event from start until finish is both satisfying and rewarding. We pride our self on the work we do, getting the best feedback and raising the bar every time, going that extra mile. We do not just want to be another sub contractor we want to be considered as part of your Event Team. Where possible we provide the same faces for each event, this is one of our key assets as allows contiunuity of service.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Our Director and Founder, Adam Harding has 16 years' experience working for and in partnership with industry leading operators, providing a fully integrated service. Adam started his career as a Steward and worked his way up to a Supervisor. From here, he started his own company, which became responsible for all services, specialising in events, car parking, stewarding, security and traffic management.

Why should our clients choose you?

At Phoenix Events (East) Ltd, we are determined to provide the best events services for all of our clients, regardless of the nature of event. We take pride in professionally training all of our staff, meaning they have the appropriate training in the skills needed to represent your company/event. To help our clients save time and money, it is our responsibility to provide the staff and services, in the most financially efficient form possible. As a pledge, will never sub contract, and ensure complete reliability by using our own company staff, meaning your event will never be understaffed. All of our stewards and security have worked for a variety of events (e.g., charity fundraisers, sports matches, music festivals, weddings), they have valuable transferrable experience which can be applied to other events in the future. Our stewards and security are all DBS checked for added peace of mind.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Due to government restrictions being lifted, we are now able to offer both in person and remote services, in order to fit the client and their needs. It is important to us that we have direct and detailed conversations with our customers to enable us provide the most effective and efficient services to holistically cater for their event and venue.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Whilst Covid is no longer something you are required to quarantine for, if the customer has any concerns we had strict robust covid measures and should a client feel they or their event is somewhat vulnerable to this we can apply these, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss.
