I am a qualified Complementary Therapist with a BSc Hons Degree in Complementary Therapies, with 10 years of experience in providing therapies to clients. My background is in Mental Health Nursing and as a Human Givens Therapist.
When providing therapies, I work intuitively rather than to a set routine, In essence I bespoke your therapy to your requirements. Prior to providing a therapy I offer a free consultation, discussing your requirements, health conditions, general wellbeing and your chosen therapy with you.
Always welcomed with a smile and treated very well by Kirsty the owner and even trimmed my beard at no extra charge. Highly recommended

It's not easy to admit you are suffering with anxiety, or depression and you are struggling to cope. Choosing the right counsellor is the first, and possibly, the most difficult step in starting to help yourself. The fact you are looking for help is a positive move towards change and feeling better. You are not alone, in everyday life people are presented with problems and issues which, at times, seem so difficult to deal with.
