What a totally amazing therapist. This lovely lady firstly helped me to talk about my childhood in order to face up to the bad things that happened in it, leave it behind and move forward. We also talk about other things in my life that cause me stress and upset. We revisit my childhood in most sessions but talking about it no longer fills me with dread, I actually feel that doing so has saved me.
