Had the most amazing crystal bowl sound healing, meditation, reiki treatment session last night. Came into the session feeling quite stressed and anxious from the day and left the session feeling completely calm, still, and utterly relaxed. The crystal sound bath was a new and truly inspiring experience and Lizzy’s soothing and knowledgable voice completely calms body and mind. Absolutely great treatment and I slept so well that evening.
