My own healing journey was the catalyst after choosing to divorce and most recently the physical loss of my mother, I decided to turn my pain into purpose and assist others in their journey in becoming the best version of themselves ☺️

Yes, I offer distant healings. Reiki can be channelled to client no matter where they may be and is just as effective as having a treatment in person.

Reiki
Reiki is a ancient Japanese energy healing system in which a Reiki practitioner or Reiki master (who has undergone formal training in this healing modality) uses their hand to channel Reiki (universal life force energy) with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the clients body to reduce stress and promote healing.
Sound Healing
The tones induce altered states of consciousness as they move through every cell of the body. When immersed in these vibrations our awareness expands and we enter a deep meditative state where blocked emotions are released in a profound and positive way.
