3 hour get-together with 'the girls' - lots a chat & laughter. Plentiful good quality food and out Hostess happily catered for a vegetarian option and 'take-away' parcels. Took my mum and my nan here Saturday and I would definitely recommend we had a lovely afternoon tea with unlimited tea/coffee or soft drinks. Recently had my baby shower here and what a great hidden place it is ⭐️ The afternoon tea was delicious & great price too with unlimited tea, coffee & even soft drinks which is not usually included! I booked Woodleigh for an end of summer treat for my childminding kids and staff . We also hired the bouncy castle for the kids . Emma was lovely and couldn't do enough for us . Vintage themed Afternoon Tea
Our vintage afternoon tea experiences are served in the garden, or in the beautiful dining room of the main house during the winter months.
We cater for all parties, large or small, including wedding receptions, baby showers, christenings, hen parties, birthday parties, or general get togethers with family or friends.
Our tea parties are a truly vintage experience with authentic vintage china, cutlery and table linens to make the occasion as special as it can be! We are also very proud to have been awarded a 5 star food hygiene rating!
Guests can choose from a selection of delicious teas and coffees. Food is all freshly prepared on the day and is homemade from the finest quality locally sourced produce. Guests will enjoy a selection of freshly made sandwiches, delicious savoury pastries, homemade scones with jam and cream, fresh seasonal berries and selection of sumptuous homemade cakes.
Buffets
We have a range of buffet options available. We can either offer our delicious Afternoon Tea menu as a buffet for larger groups, or we have a range of other cold and hot buffet options available.
Outside Catering
All of our buffet packages can be delivered to your location.
Party/Event Space
As well as our delicious afternoon teas, we can offer an indoor or outdoor event space for all types of special events, large or small, including birthday parties, christening parties, hen parties, baby showers or wedding receptions.
We have two acres of stunning landscaped gardens for you to enjoy which provides a flexible area that can be configured in many layouts for any event!
Our basic package includes use of one of our beautiful marquees, seating and tables, an onsite bar, and a choice of either our famous vintage afternoon tea experience, or a range of buffet options are available.
We also work with other trusted and recommended companies to provide stage hire, inflatable hire, and more specialist catering such as hot roasts if required.

Onsite Accommodation
Why not combine your Afternoon Tea or special event with an overnight stay?
The 'Old Stables' is a cosy and comfortable annex situated next to the main house at the edge of Wombwell Woods. The One bedroom accommodation has central heating, wood burning stove and a separate lounge area and kitchen, complete with modern appliances and TV. The annex is self contained and has a bathroom with toilet, wash basin and bath.
The annex is situated adjacent to Woodleigh and guests are welcome to enjoy and use the stunning gardens during their stay.
Onsite Camping
If you are planning a party or event with us, do you fancy the 'festival feel'? Ask us about our onsite camping facilities?
We have a private one acre orchard available for you and your guests to camp. Guests can either bring their own tent or can hire one of ours, and additional camping equipment is available upon request.
Onsite Bar
We have an onsite bar to provide alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks for your special occasion.
