Wise Property Care recently carried out works at our home. My wife and I are very happy with the standard they have been carried out to. We would like to pass on to the guys how happy we are with the way they worked in our home. They were all extremely friendly, hard working and knowledgable. My wife is extremely happy at how well they managed to minimise dust. This was a very challenging project with an extensive rot outbreak discovered during strip out phase.Wise attended within 48 hours, identified the issues and submitted a comprehensive estimate to rectify the outbreak. I am a returning customer to White Preservation/Wise Property Care and would highly recommend them. As I live in an older property, over the years I have had the house treated for damp, wet rot and woodworm. The surveyor was extremely professional but also personalbe and reassuring. He explained exactly what work was to be carried out and was always contactable at every stage of the process. The contracts controller went out of her way to accommodate our tight timescales and dealt with all queries quickly and efficiently. The workmen arrived promptly, covered all carpets and furniture and just got on with the job. Once the work was complete, they were very particular about cleaning up and leaving the house as they had found it.
