What do you love most about your job?
Customer satisfaction is our number one, we have recently introduced new ways for our customers to track their orders whilst in production and have stepped up our after sales customer satisfaction. Its great to hear the positive feedback these changes have brought.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our business was formed 6 years ago from 3 business owners, 2 of which studied together and the third started off as a customer of Willows and was so impressed with the business he is now a Director!
The Joinery industry has long been seen as a little antiquated, we saw a gap in the market for a business that bucked this trend, utilising technology but retaining a craftsman finish. Embracing technology and modern customer service expectations but not losing the essence of a joinery workshop.

We offer online video surveys, we also have invested in training for our fitting staff as well as many measures within our manufacturing facilities .
