was there from 12/8 to 14/8/22 for a wedding. staff welcomed us upon arrival fantastic friendly place, the hotel was clean, staff went above and beyond to ensure that we all had a fantastic time,
the food was fantastic,
yes the decor and furniture was a bit dated but that just added to the hotels history.
definitely would recommend.

We had the most wonderful wedding day this weekend at Weston Hall. The hotel is beautiful but what makes this place so special is the team. Every single member of staff has been an absolute star. There was a genuine feeling that the team cared as much for our special day as we did. Siobhan who is the wedding coordinator, takes all the stress out of the day and was wonderful throughout. What a wonderful place to hold a wedding. Set in beautiful surroundings / magnificent hall and sharing this experience
your family & friends will very quickly become immersed in the most wonderful feeling of excitement.
The staff are smiley, friendly and should you need them are willing and available. You could not ask for more.
It was my son’s, and now daughter-in-law’s wedding and their special theme had been arranged and set with every small detail in place. 🤩
The starters, main meal, sweet, coffee, tea, canapés, Gin, Beer we’re distributed with precise efficiency to ensure the food was hot and that we all ate together. The staff were mindful when the wine bottles needed replenishing.
The room we had was very spacious. And after a wonderful day / evening the comfortable clean bed and lovely pillows were welcoming. 😊

having used this place a number of times, we decided it a good place for our family to meet up for dinner... we knew what to expect, unfortunately although the food was well presented, the main course was almost cold, we had to chase up the veg as none was bought to the table, no condiments offered either, around 45 minute wait for a desert, and also had to chase for sugars for the coffee, which never arrived, after seeing the waitress walking out after her shift it became apparent we were not getting sugar, although it was lovely to catch up with family, it was slightly spoilt by the frankly very poor service. .. sorry western hall, you need to up your game and maybe training to get back to the standard you were last year.
