What do you love most about your job?
I love helping small business owners out with technical HR related issues. I am super pragmatic, and the right answer in HR is never one where you just get the textbook out and always follow best practice. People are complex and so can the issues they raise be too. There are many options available to resolve most situations, I take pride in helping you find the right one.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to have a greater connection to my customers by understanding their issues from the business owner perspective too. Having my own business means we can move really quickly from initial contact to issues being resolved without any background noise or other stuff getting in the way.

I prefer to work remotely, but I also quite enjoy getting in the car too where needed for larger projects or for initial meetings and handovers.
