Q&As

The thing I love most is empowering people in their recovery, helping them get of or reduce pain, get back into that sport they love after injury or helping them stay in the sport for as many years as possible.

Assessing and rehabilitation is something I am passionate about, I also love working with people who have experienced difficulties such as cancer, auto immune diseases or who have gone through surgery and are finding it hard to get their strength or movement back, enjoy I working with people after reconstructive or cosmetic surgery to strengthen the muscular structure reducing pain and increasing wellbeing. Sometimes people can be judgmental, and I see it as my job to Look at the individual and do my best to help, I am not here to judge but to help those in pain.

I also do some voluntary work with charities such as mental health support and cancer charities which I also love and feel passionate about giving back to the community.

I was inspired after having a car accident 20 years ago and being treated for whiplash and back pain. I went on to learn as much as I could and after treating many colleagues and friends who suggested I work in the muscular rehab field, I gave up my job delivering CBT drug and alcohol rehabilitation programmes and started my own business. I wanted to provide something different that made connections and understood the link between older therapies and modern scientifically evidenced approaches.

I am passionate about what I do and work compassionately. I treat the individual and have a robust approach to assessment, treatment and rehabilitation.
