I initially just joined 10th planet Banbury for some private lessons, but now end up making a 3 hour round trip each week because it's so good. Firstly, it's got proper wrestling, striking and BJJ coaching which is amazing. Secondly, Gavin actually has a passion for teaching people of all levels and doesn't seem to mind my annoying questions. Finally, the mat is full of a great mix of casual beginners to competitive fighters, so it welcomes everyone. More...
