I attended for an awards ceremony on 17th January, and was really impressed! The room looked stunning! The whole building is impressive, just beautiful. I have performed there before for a private event, in the drawing room. But despite being Wolverhampton born and bred, this was actually the first time I'd been to the hotel as a guest, or even seen The Great Hall! The staff were friendly, warm, and attentive. The food was fantastic, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere was relaxed. All of the above ensured that an amazing night was had by all! It has certainly encouraged me to visit again, take my wife for a meal, perhaps even hold one of our own events there. Really impressed. Beautiful venue and awesome staff! Thank you. More...

Where do I start, we held our Wedding Reception at The Mount hotel on 30/09/2021 Gemma and the events team were amazing from start to finish. Gemma and Sabrina were on hand from the moment we booked and were always happy to help with the planning and any questions. The Mount is a stunning hotel with amazing grounds, I cannot wait to see the wedding photos. The food was exceptional all of our guests commented how lovely the food was. Took my 2 elderly aunts to celebrate their birthdays .. 92 and 97 years old. We were left waiting for 35 minutes to be served tea which was un drinkable , cold . . disappointed that it was not served in china cups as are most competitors… food was mediocre .. service was poor . The restaurant was busy so obviously overbooked and could not cope .. More...
