Jack and his team did a great job in getting our mortgage application in and approved, and then getting a new agreement when it became clear we weren't likely to complete in time for the current agreement. Honestly, I never really saw the point of a mortgage broker. I like to know the products myself, but it was great to have support in this, and for someone else to do all the paperwork. I don't have enough words to praise Frankie and Lauren for their exceptional customer service skills. I was a very nervous first time buyer and Frankie did everything he could to make the process as easy as possible for me. He actually listened to what I wanted, explained in simple words every step of the way and answered all my questions no matter how silly, he even took the time to search for properties that would potentially suit me!
