Warmseal are absolutely the worst company I have ever had dealings with. We had a replacement conservatory fitted by them with a warm roof and initially everything went well. However we had issues with the initial build which the workers had to put right on site (roof beams had been measured the wrong size). Since then we have had an issue with the plaster on the roof which has started to crack. We had two separate representatives from Warmseal out who both said it needed re-plastering as the joints hadn't been sealed correctly and they would report this back to the company. I have since been on the phone just about every week for the past 7 months trying to get them to fix it to no avail. I have been promised return phone calls which have never happened and lately I have been told that the site manager, Gerard Hiscock, has been sent numerous e mails from the reception staff asking him to contact me to remedy this but he has so far not bothered contacting me either by phone or e mail. Once this company has your money they are not interested in any form of customer service and any attempt to speak to someone who will take responsibility in dealing with it is met by deafening silence. Atrocious company and atrocious customer service. Use at your peril! More...

The original purpose of an orangery could probably be guessed by its name; orangeries were first created around four hundred years ago to protect oranges from frost during the harsh winter months. Nowadays though people don’t tend to store oranges in their orangery. Instead, an orangery provides a great extra room for enjoying the view of your garden whatever the weather outside, socialising with friends, or just curling up with a good book.

Modern orangeries can be built to complement the external style of your home, whether you are living in a period property or a more modern family home. There are no hard and fast rules about how a modern orangery should look, so let your imagination run wild! Orangeries are generally created from hardwood and glass, and the right orangery is guaranteed to add significantly to the value of your home.

So why choose Warmseal for your new orangery?

Residence 9 Traditional
The Residence 9 window is designed to replicate 19th Century timber windows.

Residence 9 windows are designed to suit properties from old to new. The traditionally elegant flush exterior recreates a true timber alternative aesthetic, whilst the interior is stylishly decorative, creating a classic home feel. R9 windows outperform many other window systems due to the combination of sophisticated design, innovation, and technological advancements.

R9 is mechanically jointed to replicate the joints used on traditional timber windows, and it can be supplied in a wide range of textures and colours that give the appearance of painted timber. Our R9 windows use astragal bars that have the same depth as the bead, giving a more authentic look. Traditional hardware such as monkey tail handles can also be incorporated.
