No problem from start to finish. Information clear and concise from my first phone call. The surveyor came at the time stated and explained comprehensively.
I forgot to transfer the deposit but the lady who rang to check we were going ahead was polite and helpful.

Fitters (father & son) arrived on time (in the dark). They made an excellent job of the replacement roof, new personal door and facias.
The new guttering was then fitted to the water butt I had provided. One rotten joist was replaced.
All left neat and tidy with the old asbestos taken away. Not cheap but I am secure in the knowledge that the old materials will be disposed of correctly

From the start of my inquiry for a new garage roof until the fitting the service and standard of work was excellent. The face to face interview describing what would happen was presented well and all questions answered fully. The survey was completed with no fuss and first rate as the roof was fitted with no problem. The fitting days, the workers have to be commended for their hard work in terrible wet conditions with no complaints. On completion the garage and surrounding area was clean and spotless. I was disappointed to find my garage floor wet through with rain that had swept under my replacement garage door. After contacting the firm they are arranging for a seal to be fixed to make the door watertight.

Engineer came promptly and measured up and confirmed the quote, he informed us that the installation time was 6 weeks. 6 weeks later the fitters came and replaced the roof but not the door as it had mysteriously disappeared. We had to wait a further 4 weeks for the door fitting which then got put back another 5 days. Happy with the items but let down with the organisation. More...

When a time and date was arranged for the surveyor, they were there, on time. On the day of installation, the installation team, turned up early and did an excellent job. Our garage is now completely dry inside.
