John was very thorough in explaining the project and his employees were punctual and efficient in completing the work. They did a great job and even came back the next day to do some final touch-up work. Hurricane Ian caused a tree to fall on our roof. I called VIA Roofing the day of the accident, and they came out to look at the damage the next morning.
